Chew, Chew, Chew Your Food + Your Smoothies!


This is a reminder that I constantly need!


Ease digestion and support the breakdown and uptake of all the amazing nutrients you are feeding your body by chewing your food.


It’s such a simple thing to do but often gets overlooked or forgotten.


Chewing not only sets off the digestive process by releasing enzymes in your saliva to help break down your food, it also helps prevent heartburn, gas and other uncomfortable digestive symptoms.


Aim to chew each bite 20-30 times.


This is one of the lifestyle habits we’ll be implementing during the Refresh21 Program.

Small changes, done consistently can yield big results. This is especially true for this strategy!
