Here’s what you need:
8 oz of coffee
1 teaspoon of grass-fed butter or ghee
1 tablespoon MCT oil*
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
* when using MCT oil start with 1 teaspoon and work your way up to 1 tablespoon (it can flush out your bowels if you have too much)
