#1 Establish your boundaries
Never has there been more need for balance in our lives. With many companies offering the work from home option, it is very easy to let the lines between work and home become blurred. Establish your boundaries (ie; No emails after 5pm) and stick to them. A balanced day leads to reduced stress!

#2 Get Outside!
Once you have established your boundaries, you will know when you will be taking breaks throughout your day. Make sure to get outside and breathe some fresh air. Feeling the sun on your face may give you that dose of Vitamin D that your body craves.
