The goal is to get outside on your own, with family, friends or colleagues every day for a 30-minute walk. Want to walk a little less/more no problem, there are no restrictions!! 

How to participate:
 

  • Record the duration of each walk by logging your activity in the Gear Up app.  

 

  • Watch your progress, be inspired, stay motivated and keep fit.
