Jose presented the information in a clear and concise manner. He exhibits great passion for the subject matter. It is evident that he knows and evolves with the information. Thank you Jose. I enjoyed the workshop. I knew the basics of IF, and have done it before. But, With Covid I sort of « fell off the wagon » and stopped doing it. The workshop gave me a refresher and a kick in the butt to start it up again. Thank you for answering all my questions at the end. Much appreciated

Jose Maresma MSc., CMBC has been a practicing exercise physiologist for over 30 years and is a teacher at The Mindful Center, the largest provider of mindfulness training in the Southwest. Over his career, Jose has worked with a varied population from Olympians and professional athletes to children, educators and Federal Law Enforcement.
Jose’s focus has been on the integration of mindfulness for improving health, reducing stress and increasing resiliency at work and home. Jose has been a keynote speaker and lecturer at over 30 universities, The Association For Dispute. Resolution, and NM Federal Probation Officers Training. Jose provides mindfulness education at Albuquerque Public Schools, Presbyterian Health Plan and New Mexico Drug Court.
Jose holds certifications in Advanced Clinical Weight Loss, Stress management, Mind-Body Health, and Strength & Conditioning. Jose also has special training in the neurology of performance and metabolic development.
Jose has been a keynote speaker and lecturer at the National Strength and Conditioning Association Annual Conference, National Association of Basketball Coaches Annual Conference, National Association of Soccer Coaches Annual Conference, PT On The NET-Meeting of the Minds, and the International Health Racquet & Sports Club Association annual conference. He has a special passion for neurology & exercise and has worked with acclaimed Harvard author and professor of Psychiatry John Ratey MD. Jose has also been a featured fitness expert in Men’s Health Magazine, Best Life Magazine, The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times newspapers, and FOX 5 TV.
