Intermittent Fasting Workshop

Jose presented the information in a clear and concise manner. He exhibits great passion for the subject matter. It is evident that he knows and evolves with the information. I felt he shows care for his clients’ well being while sharing his well researched knowledge in a way that we could understand. He has a ‘Heart of Gold’.
Thank you Jose. I enjoyed the workshop. I knew the basics of IF, and have done it before. But, With Covid I sort of « fell off the wagon » and stopped doing it. The workshop gave me a refresher and a kick in the butt to start it up again. Thank you for answering all my questions at the end. Much appreciated
Excellent presentation with easy to understand information. I loved the blend of science and experience. He is clearly very knowledgeable and answered many of my IF questions.
Benefits of IF
Supports a Health Heart
Supports a Healthy Immune System
Lowers Insulin Levels
"Intermittent fasting (IF) is currently one of the world’s most popular health and fitness trends. People are using it to lose weight, improve their health and simplify their lifestyles.
Many studies show that it can have powerful effects on your body and brain and may even help you live longer.
IF is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating.
It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them.
In this respect, it’s not a diet in the conventional sense but more accurately described as an eating pattern."
