Service Description

Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20-45 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. ------------------------- Tabata est un type d'entraînement HIIT qui vise à obtenir le maximum de résultats en un minimum de temps. Pour chaque exercice, vous effectuez huit séries de 20 à 45 secondes d'exercice intense suivies de 10 secondes de repos.
