Athletic Pilates: Is an advanced total body workout It is a fusion of innovative moves and challenging movement combinations based on essential pilates exercises and conventional core work. This fast pace class gives a steady flow from one exercise to the next and it guaranteed to challenge your strength, mobility and overall muscular endurance. Participants should have a strong understanding of how to maintain proper body alignment and breathe control.
Booty: This class focuses on targeting the glute muscles, otherwise known as the BOOTY. We will target this region from all angles, not only help improve the area aesthetically, but functionally as well.
Butts & Gutts: Improve core strength focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butt and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This class delivers an intense working that is designed to shape you all in the right places!
Cardio Blast: is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which incorporates short intervals of workouts proceeded by levels. Cardio Blast does not use weights or equipment; all the exercises are based strictly on cardio.
Cardio Box: is a class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Dance Flow: A class that combines basic dance moves to get the body lubricated and the soul lifted.
Deep Stretch: Yoga Stretch class that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of yoga practice. Suitable for students of all levels.
Essentrics: Essentrics dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong, toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely and with full range of motion.
HIIT: A Full-body workout combining rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises.
HIIT Chair: A high intensity interval training that combines cardio and strength circuits in short bursts. Free weights and a chair add to the challenge
Meditation: Meditation is the antidote to stress. When we sit and cultivate presence we can arrive back to our neutrality; releasing reactivity, aligning with our inherent love, compassion and patience. Taking the time to return to stillness and let go of learned perceptions and judgements, can alter you right down to the cellular level.
Mindful Practice: A type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
Muscle Blast: A full-body weight training class that will add strength from head to toe combined with some cardio moves. All designed to help you build endurance. Weights required.
Muscle Mayhem: No Muscle left untouched! Full body workout using free weights, your own body and some fun things around your house. Working non-stop from one muscle to the next, this class will keep your muscles and heart pumping.
Pilates Barre: A full-body workout that is based on Pilates principles while incorporating ballet postures and movement. No barre required
Piloxing: A class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements.
Power Yoga: A Vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This is a practice that can be used as a “work-out” while still focusing on breath and traditional yoga postures.
Spinning: A combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals to get you recovered for the next burst.
Stair HIIT: Using a stair or step, this workout is a perfect mix of cardio and body weight strengthening. It is an at home workout for all!
Tabata: Short cardio and muscular intervals at high intensity, with high and low-impact options. Hand weights required.
Total Body Conditioning: You get a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises.
Yoga Fusion: A class that tones, stretches and relaxes all at the same time. This class will leave you feeling strong, flexible and healthy. Featuring some traditional yoga postures, in addition to a variety of dynamic stretches, sun salutation will only briefly incorporated. Give your body what it is craving by increasing your range of motion and healing yourself. Suitable for all levels!
Zumba: Ditch the work out and join the party! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness
20/20/20: is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.
